Even in the summer of 2019 children and adults can swim safely in the the sea of ??the Cinque Terre thanks to the Path of the Sea, a delimited bathing path marked by numbered buoys to calculate the distances to be covered and a clearly visible peak, forbidden to navigation strong>, which winds along the coast between Vernazza and Monterosso.

Ideal for treating yourself on a kayak but also for practicing snorkeling and admiring the rich and varied seabed of the Marine Protected Area of ??the Cinque Terre. You can start from the Marina of Vernazza , near the cliff called "Punta Mava", where a bulletin board informs about the route and the rules of behavior to keep during the journey. The natatory path continues up to the cliff called "e Ciappae". Halfway through, a more visible buoy than the others signals the presence on the seabed of the underwater Madonnina collected in prayer, which you can admire with the masks.
