Festival Suoni Dal Golfo 2019

From 10 to 27 August, Lerici hosts the Suoni Dal Golfo, a festival of classical music created in 2017 by conductor Gianluca Marcianò. But not only classic, because the festival will also be rich in poems and lectures. Gianluca Marcianò thus celebrates its hometown, combining the charm and authenticity of a seaside village with the beauty of music played by the orchestra Excellence , composed of young talents coming from all over the world. Marcianò founded it together with the Russian violist Maxim Novikov, to guarantee a unique opportunity for young musicians. In fact, the Festival promotes a stay of perfection for selected young people who share the stage with established artists, guaranteeing them an opportunity for training and professional growth by playing and testing every day in the Festival Symphony Orchestra, which will also function as an international training Academy for students of prestigious academic musical institutions. Also this year Suoni dal Golfo celebrates the artists who over time have drawn inspiration in the Gulf of Poets with 17 concerts in the beautiful towns of Lerici, San Terenzo and Tellaro .
