Cinque Terre Walking Park - July 2019

The calendar of excursions for July 2019 to discover the paths of the Park, in the company of expert guides. Free for owners of the Cinque Terre Card Service Card . For non-owners the cost is € 6.50.

July 13th - The Cinque Terre vines. Burasca Agricultural Company. Trekking* Manarola . Meeting point Cinque Terre Point FS Railway Station of Manarola at 9.30 am.

July 14th - The Sanctuaries of the Cinque Terre. Trekking * Riomaggiore - Montenero - Riomaggiore - Meeting at Cinque Terre Point in Lavaccio of Riomaggiore at 9 am.

15 July - The Sanctuaries of the Cinque Terre. Trekking* + Bus Monterosso - Soviore - Monterosso . Meeting point Cinque Terre Point Monterosso Railway Station at 8 am.

July 16th - The lemons and the vineyards of Monterosso. Trekking* in Monterosso. Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Stazione Fs of Monterosso at 10 am.

17 July - The Millennial Way. Trekking + Bus* Manarola - Volastra - Corniglia . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Stazione FS of Manarola at 08.45 am.

18 July - The Sanctuaries of the Cinque Terre. Trekking* Vernazza - Reggio - Vernazza . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Railway Station of Vernazza at 08.30 am.

19 July - Walking ... on the Sea - SVA Trekking* Corniglia - Vernazza . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Corniglia Railway Station at 08.30 am - ONLY FOR OWNERS DI CINQUE TERRE CARD.

20 July - Cycling in the Park. E-BIKE * TOUR ** Levanto - Colla - Fegina - Monterosso - Colla - Chiesanuova - Levanto. Meeting at 5.00 pm at Levanto Cinque Terre Point Railway Station. Max 8 participants. Duration 3 hours. Level: Medium.

21 July - History and Culture. Tour of Riomaggiore . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point at FS Railway Station in Riomaggiore at 10 am.

July 22nd - From the Vineyard to the Cellar. Trekking* Manarola-Groppo-Manarola . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Stazione FS of Manarola at 09.30 am. Visit to the social cellar of Groppo.

July 23 - The Lemons and the Vineyards of Monterosso. Trekking* in Monterosso . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Stazione Fs of Monterosso at 10 am.

July 24th - Among the "Vineyards of the Manarola Foundation" . Trekking* in Manarola. Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Stazione FS of Manarola at 08.30 am.

25 July - History and Culture. Tour of Vernazza . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Railway Station of Vernazza at 10 am.

26 July - Walking ... on the Sea - SVA Trekking* Corniglia - Vernazza . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Corniglia Railway Station at 08.30 am - ONLY FOR OWNERS DI CINQUE TERRE CARD.

27th July - History, Culture and Music. Guided tour of Riomaggiore with musical interludes . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point at FS Railway Station in Riomaggiore at 5 pm.

28 July - The Vines of the Cinque Terre. Possa Agricultural Company. Trekking* Riomaggiore . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point in Lavaccio of Riomaggiore at 10 am.

July 29th - History and Culture. Corniglia Tour . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Corniglia Railway Station at 10 am.

30th July - The Lemons and the Vineyards of Monterosso. Trekking* in Monterosso . Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Stazione Fs of Monterosso at 10 am.

July 31st - Among the "Vineyards of the Manarola Foundation" . Trekking* in Manarola. Meeting at Cinque Terre Point Stazione FS of Manarola at 08.30 am.

*OPTIONAL WINE TASTING FOR A FEE. RESERVATION REQUIRED

** E-bike=pedal-assist bicycle. The excursion includes: helmet and a bottle of water. Appropriate sportswear and footwear are reccomended (no flip flop or sandal or high-hill shoes). Minimum age of the partecipants 14y. In case of bad weather the tour cuold be cancelled.

Important

APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR ARE MANDATORY. Please note that open-toe shoes and/or shoes with smooth soles or shoes without a non-slip "Vibram-type" sole are prohibited. Violators will be punished according to paragraph 2 of art. 30 of law 394/91 and subsequent modifications.

The calendar of hikes may change in case of bad weather. Please note that Cinque Terre trails are comparable to mountain trails and therefore require hiking experience.
