In LA SPEZIA stop all the regional, interregional and rapid trains coming from Genoa, Turin, Pisa, Rome. From the (railway) station you can reach us in 5-10 minutes by taxi, 20-25 minutes by foot throuh the historic centre: Prione street, Chiodo and Veneto street.
By bus you need 15 minutes from the station, about nine stops (get off at the hospital bus stop)

Leave the A12 tollgate LA SPEZIA-SANTO STEFANO MAGRA, go on along the slip road to LA SPEZIA, pass 4 traffic lights and arrive at Italia Avenue, here turn left and, at the first (traffic) light, turn right, pass over two lights and turn left again, then take the second street on the left, after 30 metre you reach the hotel.
