It was very nice and surprising  for me to find this video on youtube…suddently I thought : That’s a good chanche to talk a bit of Mr. Rick Steves  and focus on what he does actually mean for the Cinque Terre…
Maybe not many people know… but we (touristic operators of the 5 Terre area ) must be very much grateful to him since, not only in my opinion, he’s been the main reason of Cinque Terre’s popularity in the USA and all around the world.

This video gives good tips and touristic information for a visit to the 5 Terre.

La Via dell’Amore è il percorso pedonale più famoso delle Cinque Terre. Congiunge Manarola a Riomaggiore ed è percorribile da tutti senza particolari attrezzature da trekking in poco più di 20 minuti.

mi interessa fare il sentiero 1 da Levanto a portovenere nel mese di marzo.
vorrei sapere se c’e’ possibilita’ di alloggio a colle del telegrafo o li vicino.
se qualcuno l’ha gia’ fatto e mi puo’ dare qualche info.
