The Maritime Festival - La Spezia
The Feast of the Marine is the main Italian event dedicated to the sea and maritime culture. It takes place from 16 to the 19 June 2011 in the city of La Spezia and proposes a program of meetings and events with the maritime tradition of excellence, sailing, sports, marine research and construction.
Now in its second edition, 150 th year of the unification of Italy, Navy's Day promises more rich and fascinating than ever, with major focus on the city of Venice and its maritime tradition and Emilio Salgari the 100th of the death of the great writer of adventure.
