From Thursday 28 May to Sunday 31 May is held in Sestri Levante the 42nd edition of the “Festival Andersen”, the magnificent spectacle of street art that brings together artists from many countries around the world.
This is an occasion of joy, Children, families and adults, all equally affected by the atmosphere of celebration and fun culture, that even in difficult times, the skill of the artists and the perfect organization of the festival are able to pass.
Narration, music, theater, comicality, dance, stunts: various forms of artistic expression in condensed streets of the beautiful town of the Riviera di Levante occasion expresses all its beauty. The two beaches of Sestri Levante facing on both sides of the promontory become theaters; people are siphoning off of internal roads and squares, and are inevitably infected by the joy of being together and issued by that most ancient form of art that is spontaneous street art.
A major event to celebrate the start of the summer we invite all readers to participate, not forgetting that artists are not being paid for their performances, and rely heavily on the solidarity of the spectators, who can show their appreciation by buying their CD or offering them a little financial help.
