Regulates the activity of scuba diving and the Marine Protected Area of Cinque Terre
Zone A
Individual diving are prohibited.
Zone B
Scuba diving are permitted individual authorized by the Park, from 1 May 31 October, from dawn to dusk, in groups of no more than 5 divers, sites and at the times determined by the Park in order to ensure non-contemporaneity with the other individual and scuba diving tours.
May request permission:
a. residents in the municipalities within the Marine Protected Area;
b. homeowners in municipalities within the Marine Protected Area;
c. those who have resided for at least 10 years in the municipalities within the Marine Protected Area;
d. the first-degree relatives and relatives of the person referred to in points a), b) c);
and. residing for at least the seasonally 3 consecutive nights in an accommodation establishment in the municipalities within the Marine Protected Area.
Zone C
Are allowed, prior approval of the Park, Individual diving, from 1 May 31 October.
It is forbidden contact with the seabed, partial removal of or damage to any material or body to geological and biological, and is obliged to maintain diving equipment as close as possible to the body.
Access to the underwater caves is only permitted with the use of breathing apparatus for closed circuit or semi-, with exhaust air out of the caves.
The authorization entails the obligation to display the marks of authorization issued by the Park, including both flags to be hoisted or brushes only during the exercise of the authorized, both panels and stickers for display on your ship. These marks must be left at the offices of the Park after expiry of.
