Dennis hat Präsident der Hawaii Geographic Society seitdem 1986 und führte seine ersten beiden Europa Touren in 1987. Seitdem hat er sein eigenes Reiseunternehmen gegründet und geführt über 35 Tourneen durch Europa, sowie 9 Touren in Nord-und Südamerika, Dabei meisten der Vorträge und die Koordination der Logistik während der Dreharbeiten Video jeden Schritt des Weges.
